The FOK will consist of three buildings connected by passages. The largest and most multifunctional building will be No. 1. The four floors of the building will include not only sports facilities, but also a hotel, and even a conference hall. A 25-meter swimming pool, along with related equipment and bleachers for 150 seats, will occupy three floors of the building at once.
